An ultrasound can help assess the pregnancy and estimate how many weeks along you are. It is offered after a first conversation with one of our nurses.
Ultrasounds are performed by a registered nurse or a registered diagnostic medical sonographer (RDMS) and reviewed by a licensed physician.
Pregnant and not sure what to do? Talk it through in a safe, confidential space. We walk through all of your options, including parenting, adoption, and abortion: the different kinds of abortion, the risks, and what to expect.
We do not financially benefit from your decision, and we will never pressure you. A consultation can include a free pregnancy test and, if you are pregnant, an ultrasound, to help answer your questions.
STD testing is provided on site with same day results. No cost treatment is provided for some infections.

Feelings after an abortion can surface days, months, or even years later. Our after-abortion care program offers a safe, compassionate space to find understanding and support.
Our Mobile Medical Clinic sees patients at convenient rural locations, so you do not have to travel far for care. Each appointment is private and one-on-one, with a patient advocate and a registered nurse.
You may receive a free, same-day ultrasound on board. There is a privacy curtain, a bathroom, and a screen. As at all of our locations, whoever comes with you can see the ultrasound, if you choose.
